Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective products. If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return for a defective item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via our contact us page with your order number, a description of the defect, and any supporting photos or videos showing the issue.

Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item.

Return the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back to us within 14 days of receiving the RA. Please note that we cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization.
Conditions for Returns:
- The item must be defective upon arrival and cannot be a result of misuse, damage during shipping, or regular wear and tear.
- We will not accept returns for items purchased on sale or clearance.
- Original packaging is preferred but not required.
Refunds and Replacements:
- Once we receive the defective item, we will inspect it and either offer a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional charge, depending on availability.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
